If you have in-avertedly entered the wrong birth data information, please contact administrator@aboutAstro.com and we will exchange the report through our customer care department. Products purchased that are downloadable or sent by email are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable product sold by aboutAstro. However, before any new exchange will be made available, the customer must return to aboutAstro, a Refund Claim Form. The Return Claim Form will be provided to the customer after the customer informs aboutAstro that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify aboutAstro within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The Refund Claim Form provided to you must be returned to aboutAstro by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange. Refunds will be given in the case when it is beyond any doubt that aboutAstro have failed to provide the service required by you, the customer, through professional negligence or technical fault. aboutAstro does not warrant that the functions contained in the web site or any materials or content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the web site or the server that makes it available is free of technical fault. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to aboutAstro will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a Refund Claim Form that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to aboutAstro The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
